Shahid Kapoor’s Hilarious Comeback to Kapil Sharma’s DM Question: ‘Bachchon Ki Mummy Jo Hai…’

Actor Shahid Kapoor is preparing for the release of O Romeo, a romantic action drama directed by Vishal Bhardwaj. Ahead of the film’s debut, Shahid appeared on The Great Indian Kapil Show alongside co-star Triptii Dimri. Netflix India shared a teaser from the episode, capturing a light-hearted exchange between Shahid and host Kapil Sharma.

During the conversation, Kapil playfully asked Shahid, “Shaadi ke baad bhi kya DM aate hain aapko?” (Do you still receive direct messages after marriage?). Standing next to Triptii, Shahid laughed and replied, “Yaar, abhi peeche hum apne bachchon ke umar discuss kar rahe the!” (We were just backstage discussing our children’s ages!).

Kapil jokingly countered that children are too young to notice such things. Shahid quickly responded with a witty remark: “Bachchon ki mummy jo hain unko kaafi pata chal jaata hai” (The children’s mother comes to know everything), referring to his wife, Mira Rajput.
