Known for his chiseled physique, martial arts skills and intense workout routines, Bollywood actor Tiger Shroff has long been regarded as one of the fittest stars in the industry. Now, his sister Krishna Shroff has offered a glimpse into the extreme discipline that helps him maintain his fitness — and revealed a surprising fact about the actor’s life away from the gym.
In a recent interview with Hauterrfly, Krishna shared several amusing details about her brother’s lifestyle, describing him as extraordinarily disciplined when it comes to food, sleep and fitness. She also revealed that despite being a fitness icon, Tiger lacks even the most basic cooking skills.
Asked whether Tiger cooks for himself, Krishna laughed and said, “He does not cook. He doesn’t even know how to make eggs. Really, guys? He’s probably going to kill me for saying this, but he doesn’t even know how to make eggs.”
Krishna, who is also a fitness enthusiast and entrepreneur, said that while she enjoys maintaining a healthy lifestyle, her approach is far more balanced compared to her brother’s strict routine.
Speaking about late-night cravings, she explained that Tiger’s disciplined schedule leaves little room for indulgence.
“He’s extremely disciplined. For him, once he’s asleep at the same time every night, he’s not waking up to eat anything or munch on anything. I always say there’s a spectrum. There is super disciplined, and then there’s normal. He’s on the former side — extreme discipline — and I’m somewhere in the middle,” she said.
Krishna admitted that she occasionally enjoys cheat meals and prefers to balance them with exercise. Tiger, however, takes a very different approach.
“I enjoy that slice of pizza sometimes, but then I like to burn it off. He’s like, on his birthday, he’ll smell birthday cake. He won’t even take a bite. I think that’s a little psychotic, honestly,” she joked.
Tiger Shroff, the son of veteran actor Jackie Shroff and producer Ayesha Dutt, made his Bollywood debut with the 2014 hit Heropanti opposite Kriti Sanon. He followed it up with successful films such as Baaghi and War, establishing himself as one of the industry’s leading action stars.
Over the years, Tiger has built a loyal fan base not only for his films but also for his dedication to fitness, with many fans looking to him for workout inspiration. If Krishna’s revelations are anything to go by, that dedication extends far beyond the gym — all the way to skipping birthday cake and sticking to a rigid daily routine.
